SUMMARY:Christmas Social + DMR/Brandmeister Update
DESCRIPTION:A Group Meeting / Social at Capel-le-Ferne Village Hall\nThe December Christmas Social will include some Festive Goodies (please let us know if you are likely to attend to give Shirley a rough idea of how many to cater for).  Also included will be an update on our repeaters and a session to help you with your codeplugs if required. \nTo enable us to prepare in advance so we can help with programming your codeplug\, we will need the following information before the evening. \n\nMake and model of your radio.\nVersion of the CPS used for creating your codeplug (if possible)\nAlso on the evening\, we will need a programming lead for your radio as we may not have one suitable.\nYour radio of course with a fully charged battery.\n\nIf for any reason we are unable to programme your radio during the evening\, providing we can download your codeplug to a PC\, we will do it later and return the codeplug to you by email. \nAlternatively\, if you wish to email your codeplug to us in advance of the evening with the above information\, we will hopefully be able to update it and send it back to you for you to upload.  We could also bring your updated codeplug to the meeting and load it to your radio then. \nPlease send your codeplug and information to:-   admin@folkestonerepeatergroup.org.uk \n£3 entry fee towards hire of the hall\, refreshments are provided by Shirley M3VMO at no cost to the Club\, however any donations towards the refreshments gratefully received\, these will be added to the Club funds.

DESCRIPTION:We always arrange a net on Christmas Day\, this year we will use the DMR Network which gives as much coverage as possible. We will use Timeslot 2\, Talkgroup 23519 = Kent Group to allow GB7AS\, GB7CK users to take part\, and also hopefully the guys up at GB7TH. \nThe net time on Christmas Day is 09:30 – please call in even if its just a quick hello!
