SUMMARY:Christmas Social + DMR/Brandmeister Update
DESCRIPTION:A Group Meeting / Social at Capel-le-Ferne Village Hall\nThe December Christmas Social will include some Festive Goodies (please let us know if you are likely to attend to give Shirley a rough idea of how many to cater for).  Also included will be an update on our repeaters and a session to help you with your codeplugs if required. \nTo enable us to prepare in advance so we can help with programming your codeplug\, we will need the following information before the evening. \n\nMake and model of your radio.\nVersion of the CPS used for creating your codeplug (if possible)\nAlso on the evening\, we will need a programming lead for your radio as we may not have one suitable.\nYour radio of course with a fully charged battery.\n\nIf for any reason we are unable to programme your radio during the evening\, providing we can download your codeplug to a PC\, we will do it later and return the codeplug to you by email. \nAlternatively\, if you wish to email your codeplug to us in advance of the evening with the above information\, we will hopefully be able to update it and send it back to you for you to upload.  We could also bring your updated codeplug to the meeting and load it to your radio then. \nPlease send your codeplug and information to:-   admin@folkestonerepeatergroup.org.uk \n£3 entry fee towards hire of the hall\, refreshments are provided by Shirley M3VMO at no cost to the Club\, however any donations towards the refreshments gratefully received\, these will be added to the Club funds.

DESCRIPTION:The famous Dover Amateur Radio Club Hamzilla Electronics Fair and Radio Rally 2023 will be held on Sunday 12th March 2023.\nWe have selected the Julie Rose Stadium near Ashford Kent – which has better access for deliveries and we think is a far better venue than the Discovery Park. DESCRIPTION:Table Top Sale Wednesday 1st March\nWe are organising something a little bit diferent for our first meeting of 2023 and having a table top sale.  This will be on the 1st March at our normal venue\, Capel Village Hall. \nWe have some equipment to sell from a local Silent Key\, everyone is welcome to bring along items they wish to sell\, tables available on the night are free of charge. \nNormal entry fee of £3 applies which is to pay for the hall\, the usual top class refreshments will also be available.
