I am sure most of you will have heard the sad news of the passing of Anne G4RJZ.

I first got to know Anne along with Tony over 25 years ago through RAYNET. Anne and Tony were always busy with Raynet events, training and call outs. 

Just over 20 years ago we decided the Folkestone area needed a 2m repeater. Tony and Anne were very quick to offer help and support with fundraising and events. The money was quickly raised and the repeater went on the air. Anne remained in charge of the groups finances for many years.

Anne was involved with many aspects of the hobby over many years, Raynet, Training, Events, Clubs, Contests, and the list goes on.
